Will installing firmware update after rooting brick my S4?

Hey guys, I rooted my GS4 about a week ago, and now the Android 4.3 update has come out for my carrier US Cellular. I tried to do the over the air update in the settings on my phone but it said you can't receive updates because your device is custom or something, but on Samsung Kies it says that I can install the new firmware through Kies. I'm just wondering that if I install it, will my phone be perfectly fine. As far as what I've done to my phone after rooting, I deleted a few of the bloatware apps and have installed foldermount so I can actually move apps to sd card, and also installed ROM toolbox and played with a few changes there. What do you guys think, anyone else have experience with this? Thanks in advance!

Often rooting does block OTA updates. You can try installing the new ROM through Kies, but, the last I knew 4.3 breaks root, and there is no new root method yet.

But if I do install it do you think it will brick my device because I deleted some of the bloatware? I've heard a few people say that if you delete anything at all after rooting and try to install a new firmware update, you might end up bricking the phone.

It might cause an error in the download, and not install. You would then have to manually install it.
I would wait and see what this update turns out. Samsung has had problems with 4.3
