Will KingRoot "uninstall KingRoot and clear root" actually unroot me?

What does it mean by clear root? If it does unroot, will I
Be able to safely update the android system and not worry about bricking it.
(BTW I got the system update notification today.)

T-mobile
Android 5.1.1
I rooted using kingroot
I don't have recovery.
I can get if I need to.

It might be better to visit the Kingroot website and read the documentation there. If someone give you wrong info here, it might mess up your phone.

I'd definitely do some reading over at XDA and maybe post some questions there. AC is great but there isn't a lot of talk about rooting here. XDA is a much better resource. Plus, you posted this in the T-Mobile forum which will limit the exposure of the post.
