Will my Storm 2 car charger work??

Okay, I find myself using this phone quite a bit before I even leave for work. It sure would be nice to be able to charge it up on the way given its tiny battery. I still have my Verizon brand micro usb car charger from my Blackberry Tour/Storm 2: I know it will plug in but is this the proper charger for my phone or do I risk cooking my little red battery?

i use my blackberry charger for the phone when im at work and its fine, should be good with the car charger

I have used a Blackberry car charger and Motorola Droid charger. Seems like they will all work which is great since I have an Incredible for personal use and a Blackberry Tour for work, the wife has the Motorola Droid and all chargers seem interoperable.

One of benefits the MFG's did when they standardized on the MicroUSB port for charging. So one charger should work on another.

You still need to get a custom cable to deal with non-standard usages like TV out.

I'm using the car charger from my wife's Q9h. Works fine.

Gotta love the USB standard, and we see it happening to more and more phones.
