Will N5 work with N4 wireless charger?

Just wondering if anyone knows if Nexus 5 is compatible with the official Nexus 4 wireless charger sold on Google Play?

The use the same technology (Qi), so I'm guessing yes.

The only problem may be if it will stick well..... I have the N4 charger and will try it when I get my N5 if it ever ships. Ordered 15 minutes after the site went live and still nothing

It should work with any charger with Qi. The issue with the n4 charger is you already had issues with the n4 starting on it.

Looking forward to using the 2nd pad on my dual phone "Energizer Charger". Was afraid my N4 was going to get lonely. Now I may even get a second pad. They are super convenient.

Wireless charging the N5 on the N4 charging orb works great. The soft touch back holds a lot better.

On a side note I put the N5 on one of my abandoned touchstones and it held tight like my old Pre's would...the magnets in the back of the N5 are a great improvement. I hope the come out with another wireless charger like the orb with magnets.

Did your Touchstone charger work with the N5. I have a couple of those from some old Pre's I used to have and would be great to use them instead of purchasing a new wireless charger.

I don't think they are compatible, as the Touchstone isn't packed with Qi technology like the Nexus.

He is correct, different technologies I just tried it out on the touchstone to see how good the magnets in the back of the N5 work
