will not play correct sms tone

on my Samsung Galaxy s2 skyrocket, it will not play the correct tone for incoming SMS messages. I set it for one sound, and it plays another.
However..when I receive a notification for emails coming in, it plays the correct sound.

I have the same problem. Its "stuck" on that stupid whistle, its annoying.
