Will OTA interfere with running stock RUU?

As the title says, is the OTA going to be a concern if I run the stock RUU from November of last year? I haven't found any newer RUUs aside from ICS, so I think this was the last of its breed.
I'm still on Gingerbread, so aside from re-locking, I don't think anything else would be an issue.

That should be all you need. Relock->RUU to GB OTA and keep hitting "check for updates" it'll get there lol

Excellent. I thought "Wait, this sounds too simple to actually BE this simple."

Edit: I forgot stock rooted ROMs existed, should be even simpler now.

Edit 2: Damnit, forgot I needed stock recovery for OTA's. Returning this to stock is a pain in the ass.
