Will Pair, Won't Connect

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1
Samsung Galaxy S2 running 4.1.2 after recent upgrade

Since upgrade, they will pair but not connect via Bluetooth.

Any thoughts?

I had a similar problem trying to get my phone to connect to my car, and ended up having to delete the BT config from both and start all over. No problems since then.
