Will Pixel 2s be dumped as the 3s come out?

I'm still loving my Original Recipe Pixel XL from 2016. The phone operates well, just got the latest (and last) OS update last night, but the battery doesn't get me to 5pm. Sure, I could get the battery replaced, but maybe it is time to buy a shiny new phone. I'm no longer in a position to purchase Google's latest flagship, so I'm wondering if Google will unload the current stock of 2s soon. If they do, how much does the community here think they'll go out the door for?
