will replacing my htc one x battery erase my photos and videos?

So my phone died one day and never turned back on. I had auto sync on but it only backed up my camera album not my other albums. Ifbi were to get the battery replaced will I lose all my other photos?

If they only change the battery you shouldnt lose any data

And in the future a) never let the battery get below 40% before recharging it and b) if you're going to store it for long periods, charge it (or discharge it) to about 50%, take the battery out of the phone and check it every 3-4 months (and briong it back to 50% if it's dropped to below 40%).

Interesting , Is it bad to charge the battery under 40%??
