Will running dual Sim cards cause my battery life to suffer?

I have 2 phones I carry one for business (one plus one) and personal (S7 Edge) would love to go to a high end dual Sim. But with all those radios on will my battery life take a hit?

Not that I've noticed. I use two SIMs and it doesn't seem to affect battery life at all. I'd expect it to have more of an impact to be honest, but there you go.

Obviously, your mileage may vary.
