will samsung add back to widget line up direct dial and direct message on S7 phone?

I kept my S4 because samsung removed the direct dial and direct message with the direct contact on their S6 phones. that is not what I want in a phone. If the S7 doesn't have these features I'll need to look around for a phone with these widgets and I've really liked my past galaxies phones

I would hope they will, but no one knows until they officially announce it.

direct dial widget is not on S7 - I have yet to find how to add a contact to the home screen on the S7 either. FRUSTRATING. - they removed a lot of useful stuff I had on my S5 - I skipped S6, and my hubby got the S7. I'm glad I kept my S5 for a number of reasons

The Direct Dial widget is there. When you long press on an empty space on a screen it brings up widgets. Scroll down to "Contacts" and you'll see the Direct Dial widget the second from the left right there. It's a 1x1 widget. Alternatively there are several direct dial third party widgets available in the Play Store. But the one I'm talking about is baked right in to the software.

I'm on Verizon and running the Nova launcher.
