will she get the whatsapp and what will she see if I am not in her contacts

if I send a whatsapp message from my iphone to and android phone to a person that does not have me in her contacts, 1. will she get the message? 2. what will the message show ? if I have no profile picture but I have a profile name, and that is all linked to my mobile phone number. 3. specifially, will she see my phone number on her display?\
