Will the 6P be VR compliant to Google's requirements?

Google announced a bunch of stuff today at I/O about virtual reality and also that they are working with suppliers of hardware on standards. I wonder if the 6P is compliant with those standards already? I sure hope so!

Caution: The 6P's thermal performance is not representative of the consumer Daydream-ready devices that will be launching later this year. In particular, expect the 6P to thermally throttle CPU and GPU performance after a short period of use, depending on workload.​
