I'm on the verge of selling my unlocked Nexus 4 and Sprint GS3 to buy this. But I need to know if it can be used on Sprint before I sell my phones.
This special HTC One? Developer Edition comes with: 64GB of onboard memory, SIM unlocked and has an unlocked bootloader. Compatible on these frequencies: - HSPA/WCDMA: 850/1900/2100 MHz - GSM/GPRS/EDGE: 850/900/1800/1900 MHz - LTE: 700/850/AWS/1900 MHz (US)
From their site:
Ok now when I read this and check their sprint frequencies I see that the WCDMA raido runs on 1900 which is sprints. Os it should work if I'm not mistaken.
But, see the post above yours. Unless you do some things we can't discuss here it's not gonna get activated.
WCDMA does not equal CDMA. They are two different technologies.
The unlocked version will not work on Sprint, or Verizon.

Sure, but CDMA networks are wonky. No one uses that **** except Sprint and Verizon. Most of the world is GSM based. Everything will converge with LTE. Or at least that's the pipe dream.isnt the whole point of the unlocked version that you can use it on any network as well as use your own custom roms?

No. You will not be able to use this on sprint. What's stopping you from getting a sprint model?
