Will this work for me

Hello everyone,
I have been watching this forum for a while now and the Incredible and the Android OS has really piqued my interest. Here is my situation. Currently I have a LG Dare(which I do not like) and an Ipod Touch. I use the Touch as a media player, gaming platform and I listen to a lot of podcasts. I use a remote control on my touch that allows me to pause and play podcasts at work without taking my ipod out of my pocket, as many times during the day I have to talk to people. I really like this feature. I am looking to combine both my phone and Ipod into one device. I know if I wait for the Iphone to be available on Verizon, I would be able to do this and still retain the same functionality, but I like the idea of an open OS to play with. Does anyone know if there is a device available that would work as a remote(bluetooth ?) for the Incredible? Will the Incredible give me the same experience as a gaming platform? I would really appreciate advice on this matter as my contract with Verizon is about up and I want a new phone. Thank you for any response.

Yes it will happily combine both your devices into one device. As far as the bluetooth remote control I'm not sure about that.

Look through this site and see if an app has something that will satisfy your needs.

Last night I tried out my Bluetooth motorola headphones on the incred. They were a closeout deal at around 25 bucks and the skip fed and back has never worked on the iPhone. Very surprised and pleased that it works now on this phone. The volume is able to go up a little higher as well. I haven't figured out a good alternative to the iTunes podcasting regime though. I hope I find something soon that is easy.
