Will Unlocked G2 work on AT&T LTE in the states?

Negri Electronics has this up for pre order now. Im seriously considering pulling the trigger on it! Does anyone know if this unit will work with AT&T's LTE in the US? It lists LTE bands (LTE Bands 1800 , 2100, 2600, 850, 900) in the specs that are supported. LG G2 (Unlocked) (Black) Please only respond if you know for sure.

Based on past experience it would work on AT&T, but not their LTE bands. Quick search on Wikipeida List of LTE networks - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia will show you the AT&T LTE bands 700Mhz & 1700Mhz band 4, band 17 and there could be others.

Yep, makes sense. Bummer, I hate to spend that kind of coin and not be able to have LTE work on it. Wish the carriers would hurry up an announce availability dates!

Some day the OEM's will wake up, but the US carriers have control of LTE so technically speaking they treat it like CDMA and require testing unlike GSM/EDGE/HSDPA(+) which is global standards and frequencies.
