1) Hissing/Crackling sound while playing music w/headphones and Netflix.
2) Random dropping of 3g/4g signal. Although this has happened to me it was suggested to turn off Data Saver which I did yesterday so that may have been the problem since it hasn't happened to me since then.

If there are any other problems you want answered let me know. I will be leaving within 1 hour of this post.
I will post my findings later on in the day.

UPDATE:

1) With regards to the hissing sound w/ headphones and the clicking sound while using Netflix, Motorola had no know issues addressed by any customers as of today. (I find that hard to believe as some posters said they called Verizon and Motorola) but they entered my complaint and said they will look into it. They offered to have my phone sent to them to have it checked out but that would put me past my 14 day return policy so as of now I will wait on that until I decide if I am going to keep the phone.
SIDE NOTE: Today I tried Slacker Radio again using my IPOD head phones and had no hissing. The other day I did. No hissing listening to anything on YouTube. Netflix still has the clicking sound on head phones and phone speakers.

2) With regards to 3G/4G intermittent data loss, I was notified that they are aware of this problem and expect a software fix sometime in November.
SIDE NOTE: Make sure you have you uncheck DATA SAVER. This could be the reason you are losing data intermittently. This will turn off your data depending on your settings even if you are using data at that time.

Turning off Data Saver:
1)Settings
2)Battery & Data Mgmt.
3)Data Saver
4)Uncheck

Customizing Data Saver:
1)Settings
2))Battery & Data Mgmt.
3)Battery Mode
4)Custom battery Saver
5)Set up as you seem fit.

The tech at Verizon also mentioned that the problems with Visual Voice Mail and The Hotspot (only able to hook up 5 devices) is also known by Motorola and they are working on a fix for these problems as well. I do not use either so I am unsure what the problems are but they are working on them.

Reactions: Latch-net
I was curious and tried to find hissing noise or anything that shouldn't be there. No problem so far with mine.

Funny thing about the hissing sound w/ headphones for me is that yesterday when I tried to play music from slacker I had it. Today I do not. I also loaded some music into the phone today and no hissing with that. The only problem that I still have is with Netflix. The clicking sound is very noticeable with or without headphones. I updated Netflix today on my old DINC to see if I had the clicking sound on that and I don't. So it seems its a problem with the Bionic.(Hopefully a software issue).
As for the data shutting off intermittently, I think it has to do with the Data Saver mode being used. The rep at Verizon said depending on how you have it set, it will shut it down to save power at the times set. This is why I think I was losing it. I haven't lost it since unchecking it yesterday. Only for about 5 seconds when shutting off WIFI. You should be able to use the Data Saver to conserve battery but it shouldn't shut off while you are using it or while the phone is being used. This may be where the software fix is needed.

The hissing/crackling has to be a software issue. I've never used headphones with my Bionic, but yesterday I had hissing/crackling when I was streaming SiriusXM radio from the phone through my car speakers via bluetooth. I shut the sirius app, disconnected bluetooth, and then reconnected and restarted everything and the noise was gone.

I never heard the hissing sound until today. It seems to vary in loudness through listening to my music. Today I was using Google Music for about 2 hours. It only got really bad once.

To me... Sounds like a software thing. I'm sure a bug fix is in order.
