Wimax Lives to Fight another Day!

Didn't see this posted and I'm not sure most people will care, but litigation has prevented Sprint from shutting down its Wimax network.

I have a feeling that money and the cost of getting new equipment was one of the motivating factors. Still, anyone that has the original Evo should be happy.

As soon as that's settled though I'd suspect Sprint will shut it down ASAP.

I still have an EVO 3D laying around somewhere. lol. Sprint needs to shut down Wimax.
