Nothing happens when I plug in my Moment. It charges, but Windows doesn't even notice I plugged in anything. Nothing is in the device manager. Factory Reset didn't fix it. Any suggestions? This is a fresh install of Windows 7 as of a month ago.

Did you pull down the task bar and mount it to your computer?

Yep, Adam has it right. When it's plugged in, you need to pull down the notification area on your Moment and tell it to mount the USB for data transfer.

Did you watch technica's video on how to install Moment drivers in Win 7? It does take a bit of work to get the drivers installed correctly.
