Wipe Cache Partition Gone

When I had my Nexus 6p, once in a while I would Boot It Up by holding down the power button and the volume down button and then wipe the cache partition. That seems to be gone now in the pixel 2. There is no option for that anymore. Does anyone know why? I guess these phones don't need to do that? anymore.

The cache partition doesn't exist anymore in phones that include the new seamless system updates. Take a look.
