When I get to the point where there is the Droid in distress with the exclamation point, holding volume down and tapping volume up doesn't bring up the menu like it used to

Anyone else seeing this?

Maybe they changed the button combo. Try holding power and clicking volume up.

Power phone Off, hold Power & Vol Up/Down, Vol Down to Recovery, hit Vol Up, at Android no command hold Vol Up & hit Power, scroll down to Wipe Cache Partition, hit Power. The cache will be cleared and the phone will automatically reboot.

That did it, thanks!

Does this process to wipe cache also work on S5? When I hit power button and volume button at same time and hold, I get 3 options. 1 - normal boot. 2 - factory reset. 3 - safe mode. I don't see anything about option to wipe cache. Sorry if I'm confusing something here, this is a bit new to me. Thanks.
