i accidently deleted my os and I have no clue how to even get started on getting it back on

What do you mean by "deleted OS"? What exactly did you do? What happens when you turn your device on? I think you'll need to provide a little more info to get anyone to respond.

Did you delete it from a custom recovery? I'm assuming so since I'm pretty sure it's impossible to wipe your os without root and a custom recovery. Do you have access to the recovery screen?
