Wiped phone and cant install new ROM? pleas help me

i have an android htc one m7 and i accidentally wiped it of every thing in TWRP so im trying to install a new rom but it just says no MD5 file found and error executing updater binary in zip pleas help me i dont know what to do and cant fix my phone. i also dont know much about this stuff so yeah and if you need more details or know a rom that might work pleas let me know.

ok der...very easy...1st hardreset ur phone then download new zip file supersu binary with busybox condent zip format...save ur file in u sdcard(new)or virgin....anythink no have android suck....install busybox 1st n then second reboot recovery to install supersu zip file....remember dont forget u safety what a re rovery for using this transs bisnesss.....last install update zip from sdcard(kitkat..lolipop...marshmellow or anythink promise not to ios der....it if unsure...go to shop phone to buy new n latest phone up 2015......understooddddd
