Wired remote control stereo headset for DI

So I've been looking for a WIRED stereo headset that has controls for changing tracks, pausing and playing, etc. The closest thing I found is this HTC accessory that doesn't work for the DI:

I've also seen this that looks interesting but I doubt it would work for the DI either:

i bought the official google headphones with remote that come with the nexus one thinking since its htc it would recognize the next and forward buttons, but alas, only the pause/play button works and there are no volume controls.
