Wirefly.com confirms May 18th release!!

Well thanks for this information. I just did a live chat to confirm, and you are correct, I would NOT be able to transfer it to another line on my account without paying the huge fee. Cancelled my pre-order immediately and will be calling sprint soon to pre-order!

I've ordered 3 phones from wirefly and they are def a reputable 3rd party but everytime I had to call in to activate and, at least in my 3 cases, always had a clause that if you removed the device from the account in however many days that I would receive a large fee (Can't remember how much) applied to my account for violating the terms. Not sure if its like that for E4GLTE but I'm just saying be careful. I'm using someone else's upgrade and switching it to my line and using mine for when the gs3 is released so I'm gonna just play it safe and go with Sprint later today when I'm off. HAPPY PRE-ORDER DAY!

Like you, we are also very excited about this phone being released. :D That being said, I see some questions here that I would like to address for you all. Please feel free to PM me if you have more specific questions about your order.

1) Wirefly promises you savings in the form of instant discounts with no rebates or gimmicks when you sign up for wireless carrier service on a 2 year agreement. Delivering on this promise means that you must agree to maintain your agreement for a minimum of 6 months (181 days) after activation. You can read this info here on our website: Wirefly terms and conditions including our equipment discount policy

2) At this time, Sprint does not allow us to do buddy upgrades for our customers. We wish we could do this, and we are working on it, but it is not something we are able to do at this time.

3) At this time we do our best to make sure our customers do not lose service before they receive their new phones, whether it is a new line of service or an upgrade.

I had SPRINT to notate my account and asked WIREFLY (Sheena) to notate my order, which after she finished trying to sell me everything under the sun, she neglected to do. Even after she (Sheena) read the terms and conditions, I asked that she confirm and she said "Sprint is excluded. Our other carriers that partner with us will charge you a fee for switching".

Please confirm (and if you need to, get the recording). I need this straight.
