I think this might be limited to the 1st phone only, but I am not sure. When I placed my upgrade order for 2 phones only the first phone showed the BCB logo. This is valid for new contracts, upgrades and phone only purchases.

Here is what I did to upgrade only the primary line and get BCB.
Go to Bing.com and search for Wirefly. Look for the Wirefly/BCB banner and click on the cashback link to take you to BCB and then to Wirefly. You should see the BCB logo on the Wirefly website. Place an upgrade order for 2 phones using a family plan. Select keep my plan option (assuming you don't want to change your plan). Enter your details and make sure that the Vibrant is your primary phone and connected to your primary number. Submit order. Check your email account for the wirefly confirm your order email. Click on the link to confirm it and go to the whereismyorder.com webpage. Select the live support option (don't use email or it might take a while before they read it). Tell the support agent that you only want to upgrade one line of your family plan and want to cancel the second phone. Make sure to specify you want the Vibrant. They will confirm this and forward you to a specialist to finish the order. You should see the changes right away in your order status summary.
That's it, save an additional $50 plus no sales tax or shipping to CA. YMMV.
