Wireless charger glitch?

When I put my phone on my Samsung wireless charger, the big angled one, at night before bed something weird happens. Everything is fine unless I wake up in the middle of the night and check my phone the screen turns off every time I turn it on. On, off, on, off, on off. It's like a fight to get the screen to stay on. As if someone was hitting the power button every time I hit the home button. This lasts for about 15-30 seconds. Then it stops. Anyone else?
