Wireless charger not working any longer

I have the VZW wireless charging stand, it worked great with my S6 with the otterbox commuter case up until last weeks up date. Now it lights up but does not charge. When I take the otterbox off it charges fine. Any ideas?

Maybe the charging coil moved inside the base, moving away from the charging pad. Try seeing if you can hear any loose parts inside. If you don't, you could get it replaced under warranty BUT if it charges your phone without the cover, I'm sure they'll want to wiggle out of the warranty since, technically, it IS working. They're not designed to work with thick cases.
