Anyone using a wireless charger for the Fold 3? I would like a stand charger. What are you all using and why?

I use the same one the link leads to.

I prefer to use Samsungs own and I especially like this one because it has a cooling fan inside if you opt to turn On fast wireless charging in the phones settings.

I have a few types of Samsung Wireless chargers including pad types, dual charger that has a pad on one side and a stand on the other and a pad that converts into a stand. All Samsung. All have cooling fans inside.

In fact I prefer not to insert the cord directly into the phone although I know this is the fastest way to charge a phone it's just my personal preference as its convenient just to pop the phone on charge on the wireless charger and the stand versions offer easy line of sight to the phones display.

I have a silicone bung that fits into the USB-C charging port to stop debris / lint etc getting into it.

I use this one. Works good and charges pretty fast for wireless charging.

Samsung 15W Fast Charge 2.0 Wireless Charger Stand - Black (US Version with Warranty) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07VG9JMG...ag=hawk-future-20&ascsubtag=UUacUvbUpU6989681

I was definitely looking at this one and was thinking it was probably the best choice. There are a lot of choices but I only trust certain brands. Just seeing if there ones I missed.

The multiple chargers seem like a good idea especially if I have a friend or two who need a charge, none of them seem to have a fast charge option. With how fast my Samsung phones over the years have charged I just prefer it. I know the wireless charging is not lightning fast. I just like the option of charging my phone and being able to use it if need be, without dealing with a cord and possibly ruining the plug and or wire.

I will have to look for a bung for the plug, that is a good idea.

Thank you both.

I purchased the bung from Amazon which came as a pack of two and are relatively cheap.

The duo charger does certainly come in handy and it is a Samsung Charger with fast charge.

I use the pad side for my Samsung Gear s3 Frontier watch.

Samsung also sell triple charging pads now.

I use this stand for bedside overnight charging of my S20

But one thing I did do is velcro it to a heavy upside down stoneware soap dish to stop it sliding so easily around the night-stand as I fumble to pick up the phone while still half asleep.

One other tip is to go for a stand where the power lead does not enter the base but higher up. A spilt cup of coffee taught me that lesson. :(

When it comes to fast wireless charging I would stick with the Samsung. It's designed for Samsung phones, has cooling fan also. I don't know what phone you have, but make sure your phone supports fast wireless charge, even samsung phones have limitations there, think the note 10 is 12 watts for fast wireless charging. I've had my Samsung charger for probably 3 years and it's working good. I've got a few cheaper wireless chargers and not working, so say what you want about samsung, their chargers are decent.

I've seen a couple 15 watt wireless chargers for $20 on Amazon, one even says has overheat protection via some chip, but fails to say how it works, I assume it just stops charging. Then says 10 watt for Samsung phones. 15 watt is LG phones. So who knows, at least with Samsung you get 15 watt for the newer models, and it's a cooling fan so it keeps charging.

Edit...see you have fold 3.

I decided on the Duo Charger. There are a couple I seen that look nice and I may purchase in the future for work. The iottie ones look nice and I like the cloth covering they have, they look good and I have used iottie products in the past and they all worked well.
