Wireless charging has stopped working Note 10+

[Android Central Question]

As of last week I started having issues with my note 10+ wireless charging. I've confirmed 2 different wireless chargers work fine with other devices. At first putting the phone into airplane or safemode fixed it. Now it won't work at all anymore. Wireless power share also does not work. Is my charging coil fried? I don't know what caused this or when. Phone is 2 years old now. I even factory reset it.

If you tried different cables and wireless chargers , give safe mode a try if still same maybe factory reset otherwise wireless charger coil needs repair.

Mine quit too. Tried other chargers that work on other Samsung phones. Still charges with a cable so, I'll just have to live with it.

My Note 10 Plus just stopped accepting a charge from Qi wireless chargers too. February 2022.

I know this is an old thread but any info is better than nothing.

I tried everything and nothing works.

I have seen a few people noticing this at around the 2 year mark following a software update. CURIOUS

I purchased my Note 10 plus January 2020 and it "dies" on Feb 1st?

I called the store and they were MORE than happy to offer me an upgrade.

Mine also quit last month. I'm tempted to get Odin and a copy of android 11 to see if it starts again rolling back to 11 from 12.

I've yet to use wireless charging on a phone... I honestly wouldn't know if it was working or not lol. Maybe I need to pick up a wireless charger and see what it's all about Going forward all flagships will come with it, maybe I need to embrace it?

My wireless charging still works. Updated to Android 12 last week or so.
