Anyone know if there's an option to get wireless charging on the note edge? I know there's the official back, but why would I buy a back that makes any case useless? Maybe like one of those qi coils that goes in the back of the phone (do they make those?)??

I've heard some of those cause the wallet case to not automatically shut off the screen when closed or turn back on when opened

That's good information to know :) however I didn't end up getting the wallet case (doesn't protect very well)

Been wireless charging from day one. I love it. I used the receiver instead of the OEM samsung cover. With the receiver you can still use most cases. I have not had a problem with any case fitting. My main cases are the UAG, Seidio, and Tridea. My favorite charging pad is the Qi stone. Rav power also makes a rubber charging pad that I use on my night stand. Stay away from the Samsung mini pad, it sucks. I have had real good luck with the small cheap charging pads from ebay. They cost under $3, take forever to ship but they work well and I have them all over my house and work place.

I installed a qi receiver and it became very very hot! I removed it and now the flip case no longer wakes my phone.

Does that receiver make the phone bulge in the back and can you still use the heart rate monitor??

I don't like using cases which hides beautiful aesthetics of the phones. I think using OEM wireless charging back protects protruding camera and avoid issues caused by no brand receives. Just my opinion.

My flip cover stopped working also after I removed the Qi card receiver. I notice that the outter pins was pushed all the way down. I just used a toothpick and lifted the pins back up and now the flip cover works again. I guess the Qi card + the flip cover pushed the pins down to deep which cause the contact of the pins to not connect to the flip cover.
