Wireless charging stand

I have this stand as well and it definitely does not charge the phone as fast (not even close actually) as plugging it in to the fast wireless charger. I've tried with the case on and off. Have you had this problem too?

Fast Wireless charging is NOT the same as Fast Charging with a wired one. Fast Wireless is only faster than previous wireless chargers, but it's actually closer to a standard 2A wired charger.

It took 2 hours, 20 mins to charge from 0 to 100%

Are you using the wired Fast Charger plugged into the Fast Wireless charging? I have to ask, some people have been connecting it to a standard charger and the speed is noticeably slower.
Do you have the fast charge setting switched on? The accessories option. Go to apps, settings, scroll down to accessories, make sure that it's turned on. (Fast wireless charging). Hopefully it will start working for you. Good luck

I have the same problem and I have seen reviews of others having the issue, as well. I returned one thinking it was the charger that had the issue, since the wired fast charging is fast, but the new wireless works the same. I need to contact Samsung about it, but haven't gotten around to it yet. I have a thread in the S7 Edge parent forum from a few weeks ago about it.
Paid $75 on BestBuy on 3/27. Model: 60-3692-05-XP

Yes, and they have a flat one, too. Both have Fast Charging. Price varies from $45 on Amazon to $80 from Sprint.
Bruins11 - I finally wrote to Samsung about it and apparently nobody else has yet, as they said they haven't heard of this problem yet. They told me to go to my carrier's local store and try charging another S7 Edge from them on my Wireless Charging Stand. I have no idea if Sprint will let me do that, but I guess I will try, since I don't know anyone else who has an S7/S7 Edge. This will rule out whether the problem is with the chargers (since this is my second because I exchanged the first one due to the charging issue) or my phone They also told me how to ship the Wireless Charging Stand to them for their people to test and check out. I think it would be worth your time to write to them, as well, since nobody else with this issue has.
Ok bag of leaves. I'll do that and update when I get an answer.

I have it on my desk at work and love it. Haven't timed it but I would say it's about as fast as a standard 2.0 amp wired charger. Plenty fast for my needs. If I need a really fast charge, I unplug the cord from the wireless stand and directly into my phone.
