Wireless Charging

Bought my wife an s4 for xmas, I want to get her a wireless charging receiver to go with it so she can use the QI charger in her Jeep. I saw on amazon they sell the cards that go on top of the battery and also the receiver which is the entire battery cover. My question is which is the preferred option? I know the cards are cheaper than the cover, but is there really much difference between the two?

Thank you! I have an otterbox to go with the phone so I will go with the card option. Just was wanting to see if there was any pros or cons with either option

The Qi cards should work fine.

Only issues with the cards were with the s5 because it would make it so it was no longer water resistant.
