Wireless connection on my infocus isn't working

For some time now the WiFi, Bluetooth of my infocus has not been working so I need help on how to fix it.
To top it all the phone has no network it's lMEI has automatically wiped from the system

Welcome to Android Central! Which InFocus device? Has it always been yours? Has it ever been modified (i.e., rooted)?
