How does wireless mouse support work with the chromebook? Will all wireless mice that have USB adapters work (ie Logitech)?

Every USB mouse I've ever tried has worked -- including a couple different wireless Logitech models.

I am using a logitech M305 wireless mouse with a USB adapter and it works just fine.

I'm also using a wireless logitech mouse. No problems, though I did have to unplug the dongle once because the mouse stopped working. This was after a couple reboots and some updates though. I'm actually looking to switch to a bluetooth mouse at some point, I just haven't bothered to research it yet and make sure to get one that is compatible as the bluetooth support seems kind of shaky right now.

Just a question, why use a mouse? I know some people are accustomed to it, which is perfectly fine, but I would say definitely try and get accustomed to the shortcut/hotkeys that Chrome OS has to offer and maybe activate a few flags by typing in chrome://flags to your address bar. I've found that by enabling a few flags and using shortcut keys, I can maneuver much faster on the keyboard and track pad than I can with any mouse. Just a suggestion! =)

Thanks all. Will definitely consider the shortcut keys too.

To be honest, I use the touchpad more than the mouse because I almost never have my Chromebook set up on my desk. I only really bought a mouse for the scroll button. This probably sounds weird but I just really like scroll buttons, especially if I'm reading a text heavy page. I guess I'm just a little old fashioned in some ways since I grew up with mice.
