Wireless Notifications

I have noticed my S6 like to announce which wireless access point I am using even while I am in the office and it doesn't change.
I do clear the notification but it returns shortly thereafter.

Is there a way to limit this type of notification? Hopefully, it's not a battery killer.

Is your 'smart Network Switch' active and/or the WiFi during sleep set to off? This might be causing your WiFi to disconnect to improve your connection and then re-connecting (thus, prompting the connection message again) once the network is stable again.
