wireless tether to a dd wrt router adhoc

I am running
[ROM][BETA] Quattrimus ICS
2.2.1 optimus v

I am trying to connect and share my internet connection with a router flashed with the dd wrt firmware.
there are some threads on getting this to work with foxfi. Supposedly it creates an infrastructure hotspot. foxfi does not work with my phone running ics
is there any infrastructure wifi tether apps that work for ics for optimus?
anyone know how to wireless tether an adhoc hotspot to a router?

hey i just tried out this app that bobz told us about in his ics rom thread and it works on bobz ics, dont know about quatt but its worth a shot, its the only way ive been able to successfully tether with ics https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...googlecode.android.wifi.tether&token=YhZ7BPLY

On ddwrt go to status, wireless. Click on site survey, and click the join button by your network. Worked flawlessly for me without encryption. Using wep it was a little iffy....
