With my location services on it cause my camera apps to crash and reset.

Whenever I have location services turned on and open my camera app the screen flashes and restarts in a way without crashing the app out completely. Same thing happens when using the snap chat app. I knows it's location services because when they are turned on and I see the GPS symbol on top of the screen flash on likes it locating me the camera flashes Everytime the symbol does. In snap chat if I'm watching someone's story it basically throw me back to the camera screen as if I had just opened the app. These problems don't happen when location services are not on.... I recently did a software update on att. Has anyone else had or noticed this problem?

Are you using any sort of package disabler or battery optimizer?
