With Samsung Pay, has anyone made a purchase that included a "cash back" withdrawl?

For example, if you made a normal debit card purchase at Target for $10, you could also select "Cash Back" on the terminal for up to $40 (maybe more). So, has anyone been able to successfully do this when using Samsung Pay?

I would think the process works the same as if you used a Debit Card but I don't know for sure. This could be a major plus because it would mean I could get cash from my account without having to trek all the way down to a branch ATM.

make sure you use MST because if you use NFC it'll just go through without asking for PIN or cash
