On mine it's the three dots in the upper right and settings then chat settings

Nothing wrong I'd say but almost 10 GB is a very large file to send over a MMS or something similar. Just a weird default setting

Anyways when I hit the three dots I dont have any "chat settings" option, just settings and nothing similar under that. Closest thing is "enhanced messaging" but no options for data size limits

10 GB on MMS isn't normal. Most are limited to a MB or two. IIRC the standard can't even handle that big of a file.

It most likely is a glitch or incorrect typing. I guarantee they won't allow that to go through once Sent.
