Wobbly/Unstable camera, especially 10x telephoto

Since I use my camera quite a bit to record sporting events, I know I would have noticed if this had happened sooner.

But in the last couple weeks, I have seen a significant amount of instability from the rear cameras, especially the 10x telephoto.

If I restart the phone, the wobble goes away, but usually by the next day, it's back.

Anyone experienced the same thing or have any tips?

You can do in settings of the app if still happening then long press the camera app >tap info>scroll down to storage clear data then force stop it .
