Wondering if Im getting the bad end of this trade

If this is posted in the complete wrong sub forum, I apologize. I used to own a one x. After going through a few different phones i ended up with an at&t lg optimus g. I think this phone is pretty solid, and i like it a lot, but someone i met is offering me a two day old htc one x plus sixty dollars for my phone. Both are in pretty much new condition. I enjoyed my one x and dont mind going back, but i wasnt sure if it was just a completely stupid trade value wise. I just know ill be upset if i trade and the optimus gets jelly bean before the one x.
