Wonky typing on SwiftKey keyboard

I noticed that typing a period at the end of a word with SwiftKey keyboard always deletes the last letter in the word before placing the period. This happens in any text entry box. My phone is the EVO 4G running Fresh 3.3.0.1 ROM
