Won't charge or turn on. Help.

Unboxed my gear about an hour ago and put it on charge. It shows nothing and won't switch on. Any help would be great. Thank you.

How are you charging it? If you are charging it through a computer usb port, or if you have it plugged into a power bar, it might not be receiving a high enough voltage.

Try plugging it into it's own wall outlet?

I had the same issue with mine... plugged into a computer and it worked after a bit... you might try using a small screw driver to press the power button while its in the charging cradle as well... Its kinda finicky but it should come to life eventually.
