Won't charge

Regardless of what USB cable I use my Nexus 7 2013 will not charge it's loose once in awhile if I have another right angle with a weight on it it will do I have to order something from Amazon to fix it or is there another solution thank you

Sounds like a bad USB port on the device. You may need to consider taking it to a professional for repair.
