Won't Stop Charging After Unplug?

My Droid Bionic upgraded to Ice Cream Sandwich over the weekend. I had it on the charger last night, and when I unplugged it this morning it continued to show the lightning bold icon in the notification bar. Furthermore, the Smart Action I have defined for being plugged in to a wall adapter continues to be active. I've plugged in and unplugged the device several times and I've restarted the device a few times. Has anyone else observed this or does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? I've seen that even on GB but it was related to the USB cable going bad, and eventually other things like losing charge when plugged in and the indicator showing so. Not sure if that could be your issue too since it's coincided with the ICS update, but I would suggest trying another cable you know to be good.
