wont vibrate at all even with settings put to vibrate

Hello, First off, this is my first post on my first day. Second, my Samsung Replenish (2.3.6 Gingerbread) will not vibrate what so ever. Even with the settings put to make my phone vibrate. Can someone please help me?

Unfortunately, it sounds like you may have a hardware problem.

Just to confirm...

When you go to Settings -> Sound settings ->Vibrate

What is selected?

My phone does that after i pull it off the charger! I just restart the phone, and its able to vibrate again.

The settings are..

Silent Mode> on
Vibrare> always
Volume> unchangable
