World Clock - No data connection

When I open the clock app/world clock tab and click the + sign I get a message that I have no data connection and no cities show up at all. It does this if I'm on data or WiFi.
What could be causing this? Is there a solution?

Hi,
first of all, you should restart your device.
If the app doesn't work after that, go to your app properties and search for this "clock"-application.
There you can clear "cache" and restart the clock app. Good luck.
