Worse signal/volume for typing

So I have 2 things going on.

Problem 1- my signal strength seems really terrible. I've tried talking while driving and my reception is crappy, where my s10plus wasnt bad.

Problem 2- I have the system volume turned up and my keyboard either is very low, or it starts low, then gets back loud. It is almost like switching a light on or off. The rest of the system notifications and sounds work. Just the typing is screwy.

Just tried a restart and it may have fixed the volume on the keyboard. But the other problem exists.

What carrier are you with? Have you spoken with your carriers tech department?

I've noticed my signal isn't great either. Hasn't been a problem so far, but my iPhone definitely gets a stronger signal using the same sim. That's completely opposite of what I usually get. In the past my Android phones have gotten stronger sig than my iPhone.

My Verizon version gets good signal . I was concerned after my girlfriends ATT version had to be returned due to poor signal .

I am with Xfinity Mobile, basically Verizon.

After typing that I went to the far corner of the basement and used YouTube to see how it fared , (this part of the basement is under a concrete slab and below grade . Its always a challenge for any phone to get signal )
While the note 10 didn't perform as good as some phones I've tested , it did ok . Not great but not the worst I've seen.

While out and about I've went through some known bad areas with no issues.

I've only had it since Friday though.

I am having poor signal issues as well whereas my husband isn't. I hope I won't have to go through an exchange process.....we have Verizon. Even on wife I am not getting a good connection.

I have also noticed a very weak signal. And the whole phone volume isn't very loud to me. My note 9 was way louder
