I'm not sure I've seen an app that does anything like that for voicemail unless it's the official carrier's app (and most of the time you have to pay for it, although some carriers do offer voicemail-to-text transcripts for free).

With Straight Talk/Verizon, I use YouMail. Don't know if it's available with all carriers.

Do you get the Play Store? If so look up Visual Voicemail. I dont know if it's compatable for all phones but thats what i use.
